Delivery
When will I get my order?
Normally we need 1 to 5 business days to prepare your order and once it is ready we will send you a confirmation email. Delivery for orders to the Republic of Ireland is next working day after dispatch.
Can I make changes to my
order?
Once the order has been placed, we might
be able to cancel it but we can’t amend it. We often process orders within a
couple of hours. If we have already processed your order, we will be unable to
make any changes or cancellations.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Ireland costs EUR6.95.
Who will deliver my order?
All orders will be delivered by Fastway.
Do you deliver internationally?
We always try to accommodate every customer, so if you would like to purchase from us and live outside of Ireland please contact info@XXX with your location, desired product and quantity you require, and we will give you a quote for the expected shipping costs.
What should I do if there is
a problem with my order?
We do our best to make sure that every
order is perfect for you, however, sometimes errors do occur. If you have any
issues regarding your order, please do let us know as soon as possible and we
will do our best to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently. If you believe
your item is faulty, please send us a clear picture or video of the fault with
the product.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return an item, please let us know within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order that you wish to cancel the contract for this purchase by email: info@XXX
Any returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition, unused, in their original packaging and have original labels attached. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any product with a hygiene seal that has been broken (unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty).
How do I make a return?
Please inform us of your intent to return the unwanted product or item so we can solve this matter quickly and efficiently. The following information is required when you contact us: (i) Your order reference number (ii) Your telephone and contact details. You can reach us by email: info@XXX
The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense and as we do not offer a collection service you should use your own carrier. We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, as until the parcel is received by us at the above address, it will remain your responsibility.
When will I receive my refund?
Once you cancel your order within 14 days following the date of receipt delivery and we receive your returned item within 14 days of your notification of cancellation we are happy to provide a refund provided the products are unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your account, from the date we receive your return. We will refund you by the same method the original payment was received (eg a Credit Card payment will be refunded back onto the same card).
